By studying volunteering motivation，psychological capital，behavior tendency of volunteering and hinder factors for the sustainable development of the voluntary service from the perspective of positive psychology，this research has summarized the psychological mechanism and hindering factors of voluntary behavior. It not only provides in-depth analysis of the psychological factors which influence the voluntary behavior，but also provides theoretical basis and suggestions for the sustainable development of the voluntary behavior in a better way.
