Since the task of poverty alleviation has been proposed in 1980s，Chinese government has implemented the policy of development-oriented poverty relief. The goal of development-oriented poverty relief is to improve the conditions of production and to promote the economic development in poor areas. The CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the decision of winning the tough battle against poverty in 2015 and proposed to solve the poverty problem of the whole region and achieve all the rural poor out of poverty. The achievement of poverty reduction in China is of great significance to the human rights.
