In recent years，the frequent occurrence of Yinao brings different degrees of damage to the medical staff’s rights，such as the rights to life，health，human dignity，personal freedom and safe working environment，etc. Not only the medical staff’s noble social status is very difficult to continue，but also they have to face the serious threat to their safety and health. To solve these problems，the central and local governments have taken a variety of legal or policy countermeasures and some are very effective. In the future，we should nurture the culture of respect to medical staff’s rights，establish analysis system for medical disputes and errors，continue to eliminate the social basis which related to the medical disputes，etc.
