In recent years，the anti-corruption efforts of the CPC Central increase. Overseas pursuit is highly valued. And the principle of protection of human rights has become a philosophy and consensus in it. The action has achieved some initial results in 2015. There are many successful cases. In which human rights considerations played an important role. But the human rights considerations are still some obstacles to the work of overseas pursuit. The way of working requires more exploration.
