The juveniles is the group who need to be special protected，In the past 2015，China strengthened the protection for the rights of the juveniles in the judicial and legislation. China amended some laws on the rights of the juveniles，including the Anti Domestic Violence Law and the Amendment（IX）to the Criminal Law，At the same time，in order to protect the right of the juveniles，we should to build the new institution and organization to protect the rights of the juveniles，further the judicial protection.
