In 2015，China made new progress in conducting international human rights cooperation and exchanges. China actively promoted human rights cooperation and exchanges in global and regional levels. Officially multilateral human rights cooperation is the major part for China. China kept good cooperation with UN specialized human rights agencies，and also made important progress in the cooperation with international treaty-based bodies. In addition，China conducted more bilateral dialogues and other bilateral exchange activities than before. In non-official level，human rights organizations are very active and contributed a lot in enhancing mutual understanding in human rights field.
