Construction of ecological civilization undertaken in Zhejiang Province，China in the past decade is not only the environmental governance with continuous efforts，but also social development endeavoring to the right to environment. The social development is oriented by the value of “Beautiful Zhejiang” and “Beautiful life”，which in aspect of strategic design at top level，system construction，policy action，and public participation，etc. continuously accumulates the resources that benefit the advancement of the right to environment. It is coming to consensus among the people in Zhejiang Province to protect the right of people to pursue their beautiful life，which formed the system of environmental governance and the pattern of improvement of right to environment with co-governance of government，market and society. This repeatable Zhejiang experience is also applicable to across China，which is of positive inspiration to state governance of China and improvement of the right to environment in China.
