本文立足于2020年实现全面建成小康社会的中国国家战略目标，主要从学术成果、学者活跃度、研究课题、案例、资助及奖励等角度，对2015～2016年中国管理现状进行调查和分析，透过当前中国管理的热点、关注点，努力使中国管理的状况和需要解决的关键问题得以呈现。同时以2020年为时点，对中国管理的未来进行展望。
<<On the basis of the national strategic goal of China to realize a well-off society in an all-round way before 2020，this article investigates and analyzes the current situation of Management of China in 2015-2016，and then shows the current situation of Management of China and the key issues to be addressed through the current hot topics and focuses of Management of China from the perspectives of academic achievements，activities of scholars，research topics，case studies，funding and incentives. This article also looks into the future in 2020 of Management of China.
