With the promoting of maritime silk route in the 21st century，economic cooperation and cultural exchange activities between China and Pacific island countries will certainly make greater development. However，Pacific islands scattered，and its political economy and social culture are quite different. This report will focus on analysis of the Chinese enterprises in the Pacific island countries may face various problems and risks in the process of investment activity，especially non-traditional risks. This report will try to construct a risk assessment framework which suited to the characteristics of the Pacific island countries，and thus put forward some related suggestions.
