In 2015，the human resources development in China was on good tracks. The total amount remained stable，the employment kept increasing，the industrial structure continued to be optimized and the education level and coverage rate were continuously improved. Remarkable progress has been achieved in the field human resources management and development，with human resources service enhanced. Personnel system reform was advanced and talent building was strengthened. Great efforts were made in introduction of overseas high-level talents. The building of legal framework of human resources exerted positive impacts.
