In 2015，the employment status in China remains generally stable. Job rate continues to rise，the employment structure continues to improve，the correlation between economic development and employment keeps at a higher rate，and positive effect of mass entrepreneurship on employment has been further enhanced. Meanwhile，new progresses have been made in terms of employment development. A positive employment policy system is gradually taking shape，employment promotion of university graduates and migrant workers has been pushed forward，more efforts have been made to strengthen the effectiveness of job increase triggered by mass entrepreneurship，and employment related public service has made new breakthroughs. Under the “new normal”，China’s employment development is facing both huge opportunities as well as challenges. The government should thus make more efforts on strengthening the job increase capacity of the economy，optimizing the employment structure，and improving the quality of employment.
