Since 2014，a series of policies on promoting entrepreneurship have been released by the CPC Central Committee，State Council，relevant ministries and commissions，and subordinating organizations. These policies cover various areas including releasing opportunities for entrepreneurship，improving the capacity for entrepreneurship，providing more resources for entrepreneurship，reducing the burden for start-ups，optimizing entrepreneurship related services，strengthening regulation，and creating a better environment for entrepreneurship，etc. By discussing issues such as the distribution，contents and features of state policies on entrepreneurship，this paper provides a thorough analysis of their general development trend and features.
