    中国大学生社会实践与就业调查报告(2010~2014)

    摘要

    本报告根据问卷调查数据,对2010~2014年毕业的大学本科生社会实践、就业能力和就业质量进行了分析。调查发现:多数毕业生对在校期间参加社会实践态度积极;社会调查、实习和兼职是社会实践的主要方式;社会调查、实习与所学专业的关联性较强;社会实践整体上对就业能力提升有积极影响;大多数毕业生在毕业半年内实现初次就业,且多数人初次就业是在企业;大多数毕业生对初次就业的工作较为满意,工作稳定性较好。但同时调查也发现了一些问题,如大学生社会调查不够深入具体、用人单位缺乏规范的实习生管理制度、大学生在兼职过程中缺乏权益保护等。

    Abstract

    This report provides an analysis of social practice,employment capacity and employment quality of university undergraduates who graduated during 2010-2014 based on survey. Survey shows that most graduates hold a positive attitude towards social practice during undergraduate study. Internship,part-time job and social research projects are main ways of their social practice,among which internship and social research projects are often closely related to their majors. On the whole,social practice has a positive influence on enhancing employment capacity. Survey also shows that most graduates are employed within half a year after graduation. A large proportion of the graduates are employed by enterprises,and most of them are satisfied with their first job,and their jobs are relatively stable. However,problems still exist,such as social research projects done by university undergraduates lack depth and detail,some of the employers lack standardized management system for interns,and university undergraduates’ lack of awareness for protecting their own rights and interests.
