    进城农民工的社会公平感研究

    摘要

    本研究通过对北京、广东、江苏、浙江和四川五个省市250名进城农民工的问卷调查和10名北京农民工的访谈,尝试探讨了进城农民工社会公平感的基本状况、进城农民工的社会公平感来源和不公反应以及影响进城农民工社会公平感的个体和社会心理因素等问题。本研究的主要发现有:1。进城农民工普遍感觉到社会不公平,并且不存在统计意义上的显著代际差异;2。进城农民工的社会公平感不仅来源于自身的感受和经历,还来源于自己的所见所闻;3。进城农民工在受到社会不公平对待时主要采取消极逃避的行为,维权方式上存在代际差异;4。进城农民工的地位公平信念、命运观、社会比较、归因倾向等多种个体心理因素都和公平感有显著相关;5。我国1949年以来的社会历史变革进程和个人社会流动经历是影响进城农民工社会公平感的主要社会背景。

    Abstract

    Based on the survey towards 250 migrant workers in Beijing,Guangdong,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Sichuan and the interview of 10 migrant workers in Beijing,this study attempts to explore the basic status of sense of social fairness,the source of sense of social fairness,the response to social unfairness,and corresponding personal & social factors affecting sense of social fairness among migrant workers. The main findings from this study include:1.Generally speaking,all migrant workers in cities have felt unfair socially,there is no significant generational difference in this respect.2.The sense of social fairness among migrant workers not only comes from their personal feeling and experience,but also from what they see and hear personally .3.When migrant workers are treated unfairly,they usually adopt the coping strategy of passive escape. Meanwhile,there also exists the generational difference in safeguarding their legal rights.4.Multiple personal mental factors are related to their sense of social fairness significantly. These factors include status-justifying belief,outlook on fate,social comparison and attribution tendency.5.Social & historical process since 1949 and personal experience in social mobility are the main factors affecting the sense of social fairness among migrant workers.
