The paper summarizes the basic circumstance of the social building of 2015 in Beijing，it describes the “13th Five-Year” period of social governance planning process，the general idea and main content，and it also defines the main tasks of social construction in 2016. The social building in Beijing has got a higher historical starting point for its achievement of the goal set by “the outline of social construction planning in Beijing in 12th Five-Year plan. On this basis，the social governance in Beijing will be further deepened.
