Through the data analysis of infrastructure investment in 11 provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2008-2014，We find that the economy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is very important in our country. There is regional difference in aggregate investment or Investment Performance. There is faster investment growth in the fields of transportation and energy in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. There are more investments in the fields of Telecom and environment protection in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River. The problem is that the regional investment gap has narrowed，Investment growth is still not balanced；Channel of financing is still single；There exist huge financing gaps，the degree of opening to private capital is lower；There are both underinvestment and overinvestment，the degree of systematization and coordination is not high；Private capital has been involved，but the government is still the main body of investment；The financial burden is heavy and unsustainable；New investment and financing methods need to be further refined. In “13th Five-Year”，infrastructure investment will grow steadily，we need to further transform and upgrade：Firstly，we will find a variety of ways to raise funds for construction；Secondly，we will improve the operational efficiency of the construction of infrastructure；Thirdly we will strengthen the debt management and guard against the risk of debt；Finally，we will encourage enterprises to actively participate in the construction of infrastructure.
