In 2015，the protection work of folklore intangible cultural heritage continued to advance systematically and expand influence among the public，while also reflect some problems，mainly including too much intervention from local institutions，scholars and businessmen under the mechanism of government predominance；the submerged of the traditional bearer’s subjectivity behind Fabricating Heritage. It expressed in the random of construction of the discourse of cultural henitage，lacking of faith and so on. After successfully became the intangible cultural heritage，if the government delay in the specific protection，some folklore intangible cultural heritage would disppear due to the loss of the original function in the tide of the times. Considering this，government should hold a degree properly in the protection of folklore cultural heritage，change the perception of governance，legitimate the folk belief；confront，respect and discover the power of civil society，meanwhile，explore community empowerment，encourage and support the public to cultivate cultural confidence and cultural consciousness.
