Comprehensively Strengthening Party Discipline is a constituent of the strategy of Four Comprehensives and the base for achieving the other three comprehensive tasks. This report focuses on the practices to implement the principle of “Comprehensively Strengthening Party Discipline” at the grass-root level. Through analyzing the characteristics of grass-root corruptions and the key forces of grass-root Party discipline enforcement，this report summarizes the practical approaches to enforce the grass-root party discipline. The remarkable work in Jiamusi results in seven important aspects of grass-root party discipline enforcement.
