Guangzhou rich intangible cultural heritage resources，tourism developed by Guangzhou Shawan ancient town tourism development as an example of non-heritage，the problems encountered from the non-genetic resources Haven town and specifics of non-heritage tourism development process，etc. this article analyze the lessons of the features and trends of such non-heritage protection mode theorize and hope that this mode of practice to guide future work.
