Social work talent is an important part of China’s talent team. At present，social work talent team in Beijing has been growing rapidly，the quality of talent has been continuously promoted，the talent development carrier has been continuously expanded，and the talent development environment has been continuously optimized. This report analyzes the status quo of Beijing development of the talent team building of social work，summarizes the main practices of the construction of social work talent at the same time，based on analysis of problems and causes in the construction and development of social work talent，puts forward the main countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of social work talent in Beijing. This report emphasizes that we should improve the management system of social work，provide institutional guarantee，strengthen the training，use，management and protection，adhere to the direction of specialization and professionalization，and improve the social management level to provide more effective human resource support.
