Lots of international talents have been attracted into Beijing by talent programs，but we should establish some international talent development platforms after the introduction of international talent in order to promote the local quality of the talent internationalization development. The platforms can scientifically guide international talents，enhance their sense of belonging，and create friendly environment for international talents to live and work. The studying methods mainly include literature review，interview，benchmarking. The research focuses on the construction of internationalization talent community in order to study how to improve the local quality of internationalization talent development in Beijing，strengthen the work of international talent in Beijing，and promote the internationalization construction in Beijing.
