This study was based on the interactive relationship between industrial agglomeration and talent accumulation and on the fundamental role of the aviation industry cluster in the aviation industry. On the basis of the study of aviation industry gathering，We thoroughly studied the problems and countermeasures of talent aggregation in aviation industry. Through this topic research，the special rules of airport industry development were more thoroughly understood. We have found the problems existing in the management of Shunyi’s aviation industry and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on aviation talent accumulation policy.
