In China’s strategies of reinvigorating China through human resources development，carrying forward self-independent innovation，as well as building an innovative country，young talents of science and technology act as a forceful power and successor during China’s scientific and technological development. Based on a special investigation on the flowing of young talents of science and technology in Beijing，with 3738 young scientific researchers at the age of 16-35 in universities owned by the municipal government of Beijing，research institutions and enterprises as the respondents，this research analyzes the working and flowing situation of youth scientific and technological talents in Beijing. Besides，upon a conclusion on the feature and problems in the flowing of young scientific and technological talents，this research offers some implementations for reinforcing the flowing and development of young talents in Beijing.
