This report takes start-up companies’ recruitment behavior，position and salary as the research objects，and fully utilizes and analyzes relevant recruitment data of Beijing Juxian Network and 51 headhunting Network on the basis of benchmark documents collection. Next，this paper points out the characteristics of the mobility，demand and personality traits of the talented Beijing Maker under the era of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Internet+，and then compares it with BAT（Baidu，Tencent and Alibaba）on the salary and capacity requirements to find out the existing problems and the factors that restricts the development of the talents. Finally，based on the analysis of the big data，this report puts forward some reasonable proposals on how to start up business and get a rapid development.
