In accordance with the survey result，the report evaluates in depth eleven core social problems which are most concerned about by the general public，including Traffic Congestion，Booking a Taxi Online，Food Safety Supervision，Housing Price Control，Burden Alleviation in Compulsory Education，the Social Response to the Mass Entrepreneurship Policy，Haze Pollution Control，Social Repercussions of the Household Registration System，the Policy of Raising the Retirement Age，Demolition of Residential Walls，and the Effect of Streamlining Administration and Delegating Power to Governments at Lower Levels. Related ranking lists are also issued. The proposing of the problem，the questionnaire design，the survey results，the reason analysis，and the countermeasures and suggestions are analyzed in depth，in order to make policy recommendation and decision-making reference on developing the public service force of the government，which is to protect and improve people’s livelihood.
