本文构建了一个涵盖2个一级指标、7个二级指标的指标体系来判断一个产业集群是否属于世界级。在分析武汉主要产业集群的基础上，提出了将武汉的光电子、汽车、生物医药和工程设计等产业集群作为重点来培育世界级产业集群。
<<This paper constructs a two level indexes，7 secondary indicators index system to judge whether the industrial cluster is a world-class cluster. On the basis of the analysis of Wuhan mainly industrial clusters，presented to develop Wuhan photonics，automotive，biomedical and engineering design of industrial cluster as the key to foster world-class industry cluster.
