This paper has analyzed the general thoughts, multidimensional poverty alleviation effects and regional self-development capacity cultivation effects of Pengshui County's ecological tourism poverty alleviation plan and practice. Lastly, the author concluded some inspiration of Pengshui County's ecological tourism poverty alleviation pilot and some suggestions for the development in the following ten years. <<
