This paper analyzes Guangzhou’s industrial spatial distribution and the variaton characters. With the introduction of current situation and characters of Guangzhou’s industrial spatial distribution in the “Ten-Five” period，this paper at the level of region specialization and centralization，analyzes features of spatial distribution of various manufacturing. According to the analysis，alone with the rapid urbanization，the industrial spatial distribution of Guangzhou shows during this period and characters of adjacent spreading，concentrative developing and corer-periphery structure. Based on analysis above，this paper proposes outlines and countermeasures for Guangzhou’s industrial spatial distribution. <<
