The successful experience of Singapore and other international commercial and trade center indicates the basic feature of international commercial and trade center is the commercial industry chain and good commercial ecologic system with perfect system, concentrated network, complete format, strong function, broad expanse, prosperous "ecology" and flexible environment. Therefore, to build Guangzhou to be an international and trade center should gradually transfer the attention from the single retail trade to the building and improvement of commercial and trade industry chain.
