围绕捐赠与受益双方主体是单一还是多数,逻辑上存在多对多、一对多、多对一、一对一等四种排列组合,各种组合均有利弊。通过个案分析发现,世界宣明会善款的筹集和受助群体的受益模式类似于哑铃型结构。中间的制度环节充分保证了“哑铃”两头大量捐赠者和受益者之间关系的畅达,从而有效实现了组织使命。该模式对我国非营利组织的筹款及散财具有一定启示意义。

Are the relationships between donors and recipients unitary or multiple?Logically speaking,there are four types of relationships:many-to-many;one-to-many;many-to-one;and one-to-one. Each type comes with pros and cons. Through a case analysis,we find that World Vision’s benefits model for donors and recipients resembles a bell-shaped structure. The system connection in the center guarantees a smoothly-linked relationship between the large numbers of donors and recipients at the two ends of the “bell”,and,thus,fulfills the organization’s mission. Significant lessons can be taken from this model for China’s fundraising and philanthropy.
