The non-governmental organizations of Guangdong province developed very fast these years.This paper reviewed the development process of Guangdong non-governmental organizations，and pointed out its advantage and shortage.In conclusion，this paper considered that non-governmental organizations was very useful in constructing the harmony society，and the development of non-governmental organizations would change the relationship between the state and society. <<
