The civil organizations of Sichuan Province have taken so active effect in many fields，such as politics，economy，culture，sanitation，science and technology，physical education and social security that they have already been important force to keep society and polity stable and promote economy development.How to exert all kinds of non-governmental organizations’influence adequately to strengthen and perfect social management，then to reconstruct“harmonious Sichuan”，have become momentous task of Sichuan’s non-governmental organizations.On the basis of analyzing Sichuan’s non-governmental organizations’general developing situation，the policy and rule of law，the difficulties and their reason in management，this report has brought forward that all kinds of non-governmental organizations should play an active role in strengthening and perfecting social management work，even pushing “harmonious Sichuan”for their rebuilding up.This process will be accomplished through enhancing non-governmental organizations’social functions in providing service，reflecting appeal，inhibiting behavior，harmonizing benefit，resolving conflict，developing science and education to strengthen country，developing agriculture to get affluence，helping the poverty and overcoming the difficulty. <<
