This paper investigates and studies the secondary disasters induced by the Wenchuan Earthquake,and analyzes the relationship between the frequency of secondary disasters and development and post-disaster reconstruction. This paper argues that geological and environmental factors must be taken into account in post-disaster reconstruction; otherwise,the frequency and extent of secondary disasters will increase and the ecological and environmental safety of post-disaster reconstruction will be endangered. <<
