Shanghai has been initially as an important economy construction of international consumer city based, in the process of advancing the supply side structural reform by adopting comprehensive strategy and effective measures, leveraging international trade center and tourism city construction, enrich and perfect all kinds of consumer goods and services supply, effectively reducing the cost of consumption, will effectively promote the construction of international consumption city. In this study, through in-depth analysis of the supply side structural reform of the mechanism of the effect of construction of international consumer city, and combined with the construction of Shanghai international consumer city, in reference to absorb on the basis of international experience, put forward countermeasures for the construction of Shanghai international consumer city.
