Government purchase of services is an important measure for government to support the development of social organizations. In this paper，the author discusses the project approval and conclusion for social organizations in government purchase of services in China. Taking Beijing for example，the paper illustrates the main channels for the social organizations to apply for the purchase of services，the procedures and specifications for the design of the project to follow，as well as the specifications for reports writing for project approval and conclusion，financial budgeting，and project conclusion.
