全球创新网络是随着知识和科技全球化发展所形成的新事物。全球创新网络远比全球生产网络复杂,其包括侧重知识策源的知识创新网络、侧重成果转化的创新创业服务网络和由全球生产网络升级而来的开发产业化网络。这其中,知识创新网络是全球创新网络的基础层,具有知识策源的功能,主要由全球科研学术界的刊物出版、学术会议、合作科研和留学访学活动构成。本文选择美国科学情报研究所出版的SCI(《科学引文索引》)期刊文献检索工具作为研究对象,探讨SCI期刊空间布局所揭示的全球知识创新网络组织结构和地理空间格局,深化对全球创新网络及其节点内涵的认识,进而提出对中国城市创新的启示。
<<Global innovation networks(GINs)is coming from globalization of knowledge,science and technology,and it is more complicated than global production networks. Global innovation networks include knowledge innovation network which focus on knowledge source,start-up service network which focus on transformation of S&T achievements,and commercialization network upgrading from GPNs. Among them,knowledge innovation network is the base layer and knowledge source for GINs,which is mainly composed of publications,academic conferences,cooperative researches and overseas study activities. This paper choose journals published by Science Citation Index(SCI)as study object to reveal spatial layout of global knowledge innovation network structure and spatial pattern,and deepen the study for global innovation networks and its node connotation. Finally,the paper puts forward innovation inspirations for cities in China.
