随着全球经济的进一步发展，人们的生活水平也越来越高，但是欠发达地区的民众比以往更加难以改变自身的境况，他们正遭受着不同程度的经济排斥，解决这一问题已经刻不容缓。本文借助美国城市研究所2016年6月发布的关于解决经济排斥问题的研究报告，在分析当前各国状况的基础上，对我国提出了相关建议。

In June 2016，The Urban Institute released a study on economic exclusion，analyzing some important elements about economic exclusion all over the world. This article reviews and summarizes the study and puts forward proposals for enlightenment.
