With rapid economic development in the new era，the design about workplace has become more and more important.，the US capital，has accumulated a wealth of experience in the practice of social and economic mobility. In March 2015，The city of London released a study on future workstyles and future workplaces，analyzing some important elements about new workplace. This article reviews and summarizes the study and puts forward proposals for enlightenment.
