This report gives a detailed introduction to the background，guiding ideology，content and process of the construction of “12368 Litigation Service Platform” by the people’s courts in Shanghai，the eight basic functions and twelve expanded functions of the platform，as well as the work mechanism and main features of the platform. By applying the method of big data analysis，the report summarizes the applicative efficacy of the platform from ten different aspects，analyzes the existing problems in the platform with respect to on-site operational mechanism，background safeguard，administrative coordination，and technical support，and puts forward suggestions on the upgrading of the platform from the perspectives of idea，technology，function and administration.
