Taking the completion of the error discovery mechanism，the optimization of the error processing mechanism，and the improvement of the error prevention and early warning mechanism as starting points，this report analyzes the work carried out by the Government of Sichuan Province in establishing and improving the error tolerance and correction mechanism in the year 2016 from the perspectives of work arrangement，main practices，existing problems，and the plan for the next stage of work. Through the analysis of the existing problems，the report puts forward suggestions on the next stage of work，including carrying out education on laws and disciplines，tightening the ideological defense line to ensure correct decision-making，making continued efforts on institutional building，strengthening the institutional cages to ensure standardized exercise of public power，forcefully carrying out supervision and inspection to prevent the continuation and spread of errors，strengthening disciplinary inspection，and resolutely fighting against wrongful acts.
