2015年，辽宁城镇文教消费总量增长处于第27位，人均值增长处于第26位。辽宁城镇文教消费需求景气评价排行结果：在省域横向测评中，2015年景气指数排名第12位；在自身纵向测评中，1995～2015年景气指数提升第12位，2000～2015年景气指数提升第9位，2005～2015年景气指数提升第16位，2010～2015年景气指数提升第25位，2014～2015年景气指数提升第21位。
<<In 2015，Liaoning ranked the 27th in the increase of the total cultural consumption in city-towns and the 26th in the growth of per capita value. The Rankings of the status evaluation are as follows：in the lateral evaluation among various provinces，Liaoning ranked the 12th in 2015；in vertical evaluation itself，Liaoning ranked the 12th，9th，16th，25th and 21st during the periods of 1995-2015，2000-2015，2005-2015，2010-2015 and 2014-2015 respectively.
