2015年，陕西乡村文教消费总量增长处于第11位，人均值增长处于第10位。陕西乡村文教消费需求景气评价排行结果：在省域横向测评中，2015年景气指数排名第5位；在自身纵向测评中，1995～2015年景气指数提升第6位，2000～2015年景气指数提升第19位，2005～2015年景气指数提升第20位，2010～2015年景气指数提升第20位，2014～2015年景气指数提升第8位。
<<In 2015，Shaanxi ranked the 11th in the increase of the total cultural consumption in rural areas and the 10th in the growth of per capita value. The Rankings of the status evaluation are as follows：in the lateral evaluation among various provinces，Shaanxi ranked the 5th in 2015；in vertical evaluation itself，Shaanxi ranked the 6th，19th，20th，20th and 8th during the periods of 1995-2015，2000-2015，2005-2015，2010-2015 and 2014-2015 respectively.
