2015年，黑龙江乡村文教消费总量增长处于第20位，人均值增长处于第20位。黑龙江乡村文教消费需求景气评价排行结果：在省域横向测评中，2015年景气指数排名第8位；在自身纵向测评中，1995～2015年景气指数提升第19位，2000～2015年景气指数提升第7位，2005～2015年景气指数提升第14位，2010～2015年景气指数提升第28位，2014～2015年景气指数提升第11位。
<<In 2015，Heilongjiang ranked the 20th in the increase of the total cultural consumption in rural areas and the 20th in the growth of per capita value. The Rankings of the status evaluation are as follows：in the lateral evaluation among various provinces，Heilongjiang ranked the 8th in 2015；in vertical evaluation itself，Heilongjiang ranked the 19th，7th，14th，28th and 11th during the periods of 1995-2015，2000-2015，2005-2015，2010-2015 and 2014-2015 respectively.
