In this paper，China’s county hospitals service ability has been evaluated comprehensively. The outpatient and emergency amount of Top 100 China’s county hospitals maintain high growth for five consecutive years with an average 10% annual growth. But in this year，the speed is slowing down. The top 100 county hospitals are mainly distributed in economically developed provinces in the eastern coast of China like Jiangsu（23）

Shandong（23）and Zhejiang（15），which presents a pattern that eastern area is more stronger than the west. Among them，the eastern China hold a prominent position. The imbalance of county hospitals’ development demands an urgent solution.
