In this paper，China’s non-public hospitals comprehensive competitiveness has been evaluated. The number and proportion of non-public hospitals increase year by year. Tertiary hospitals and general hospitals are the main parts of Top 100 non-public hospitals. The distributions presents obvious regional difference，the eastern areas are better than the middle and west areas. From the distribution of organizations in different regions，provinces，cities and inter ladder groups，non-public hospital shows obvious stratification. The quality and size of non-public hospitals need to be improved.
