This paper analyzed traditional Chinese medical hospitals by the ranking. The development situation of traditional Chinese medical hospitals are better than hospitals of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. And five of them list in the Top100 hospitals in China. From the regional distributions，more Top 500 traditional Chinese medical hospitals are located in Guangdong，Jiangsu，Shandong，Henan，Sichuan，Zhejiang. There are more than 5 traditional Chinese medical hospitals in Hangzhou，Shaoxing，Ningbo and Yantai. Comparing with west medical hospitals，superior traditional Chinese medical hospitals have a more balanced distribution.
