Finance is the core of modern economy, and banking is the pillar industry of the financial field. The article first analyzes the reasons for the brain drain of the human resources in the financial field and the international competitiveness of our financial human resources, then based on the present research results from domestic and international authoritative organizations and scholars, designs a set of evaluating index for measuring the competitivenss of the banking sector which are much more practical and scientific, and finally examines and ranks 14 listed commercial banks in our country through adopting factor analysis to confirm the weight of each indexand puts forward a series of measures and strategies on basis of combining with the actual conditions of our commercial banks and drawing on the foreign banks'successful experience for reference. <<
