学制是学校教育制度的简称,是现代学校教育发展的产物。近些年来,随着我国教育改革的推进,学制改革的议题不断被提出。1951年学制已经不适合于当前我国社会现代化建设和教育发展的现状,制定和颁布新的学制成为理论界对学制改革的共识。以建立终身教育体制为前瞻的学制改革,需要厘清学制发展沿革的历史脉络,借鉴国外学制改革的基本经验,更需要立足国情的多样化实验。
<<China’s education system in terms of the division and durations of primary,lower-secondary and upper secondary education respectively was discussed. Such division was a product of the development of modern schooling. In recent years,as China’s education reform advanced,the issue of education system reform had been raised. 1951 school system was not suitable for the current status of China’s social modernization and education development,development and promulgation of new academic system became theoretical consensus on the reform of the school system. It was necessary to clarify the historical background of the development of the academic system and draw lessons from the basic experience of the reform of the foreign school system,and it was needed to diversify the experiment based on the national unique conditions.
