文件太多,是当前困扰我国中小学的重要问题之一,影响了简政放权和学校办学自主权的落实。本文选取了E校和W校的样本,对其2015年接收文件的情况进行了梳理和分析,研究文件发放的基本特征,并对如何减少文件发放提出了建议。
<<Receiving too many documents from higher authorities had plagued primary and secondary schools in China,affecting the implementation of decentralization and school autonomy. In this study,E-school and W-school were selected as samples. The situation of receiving documents and characteristics of providing documents in those schools in 2015 was analyzed. Some suggestions were made on how to reduce document issuance.
