本文梳理总结了当前形势下乡村小规模学校的价值及定位,基于现实中各级教育主管部门、乡村小规模学校、社会组织等主体的实践,梳理了在乡村教师队伍补充、稳定和成长,乡村小规模学校教育教学形式、内容和手段探索等方面一些“自下而上”的经验,并针对各个主体提出行动建议。
<<The educational value and position of rural small-scale schools were examined. An overview of practices by local governments,schools and NGOs to improve education quality of rural small schools in terms of teacher developments,curriculum developments and instructional methods was provided. Some advices for stakeholders based on such “bottom-up” experiences were put forward.
